This journey began with a burning desire to give a new dimension to this section of the service industry i.e. real estate consultancy/broking.
The presence of this vertical though has been a constant, transcending times,traversing through the lives of people while addressing their need for real estate related consultancy,mediation and transaction management.Yet it has been beleaguered with a bagage of cynicism,scepticism and unwarranted intrigue.
An integral part yet an unregulated vertical with no entry level barriers over the years had left it exposed to the above factors.
With the advent of growth of a city like Gurugram,with a plethora of corporates setting foot here with their offices therefore holding out immense employment opportunities.
With a multitude of people moving into Gurugram from various parts of country seeking
White collared jobs,it ignited a thought,of venturing into the business of Real Estate catering to the burgeoning demand for housing and commercial properties.Also with a passion to serve with sincerity seeking due government accreditations/license,utmost transparency thereby giving this vertical a whole new perspective.
Hence it has been a relentless pursuit.

Founder's Message
Mr. Karan ( founder of realty infoshare )
Started in the year 2005 by enrolling for 3 week real estate agents certification program by Naredco(National Real Estate Development Council) a body then patronized by then Delhi CM Late Smt Sheila Dixit.
Upon Accomplishing the above became a member of ACRI(Association of Certified Realtors of India) and further of NAR(National Association of Realtors)thru ACRI,NAR an international body having chapters across the world in different countries.
5 years later took Real Estate Agent license from Haryana government.
And Present day a HRERA licensed,License no.181
